DELIVERY

Thank you for shopping with Sewn. We can’t wait for you to receive your order. Once you have placed your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know we've received it. Once your item has been shipped, we’ll send you another email to let you know it’s on its way.

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible but many of our items are made to order to avoid waste. Our current production lead time for made to order products is 14 working days. Please refer to the product page for approximate lead times. We aim to ship any ready to go products within 3 working days.

UK Orders

Mainland England, Scotland and Wales £5.95
Northern Ireland/Ireland: £12
Scottish Highlands and Islands: £12
Isle of Man: £20
Channel Islands: £20

 

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when your order. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect. We ask for a phone number at checkout, which is passed to the courier, should they have trouble finding your address and need to contact you. You can add to an order if it has not been shipped by emailing us.

International Orders

We only offer UK delivery through our website. However, if you live overseas and would like to place an order please contact us (hello@sewn-london.com) and we can quote you for the cost of the delivery.

RETURNS

For whatever reason you are unhappy with your order, you will have 14 days to receive a full refund or an exchange. Please email hello@sewn-london.com with your full name and order number.

Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable. All items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received at Sewn London. When returning items, we advise using a tracked service and ask for a proof of postage. Sewn London will provide a refund within 14 working days, subject to the product being in the same condition and packaging that it was delivered to you.

Any bespoke orders are not able to be returned or exchanged.
